This waterfront home was all about maximizing ocean views while minimizing environmental impact. We installed a geothermal heating system that cut energy costs by 60%, and the triple-glazed windows face south to catch natural warmth. The clients wanted something that'd last generations without costing a fortune to run – mission accomplished.

The rainwater collection system waters the garden and feeds into the greywater recycling setup. Plus, that green roof isn't just pretty – it keeps the place cool in summer and provides insulation when it gets chilly.

Eight floors of collaborative workspace designed for a growing tech company. They didn't want cubicles or the usual boring office vibe. We created these flexible zones that teams can reconfigure on the fly, with acoustics that actually work when you need to concentrate.

The facade's got automated shading that responds to sun angles throughout the day – keeps glare down and reduces cooling loads. Rooftop terrace became everyone's favorite meeting spot, naturally.

A growing family needed more space but loved their neighborhood. Instead of moving, we reimagined what their existing lot could handle. Added a second story that frames those mountain views perfectly – you can see the peaks from the master bedroom and the kids' playroom.

Open-plan kitchen flows into the dining and living areas, but we built in these sliding panels so they can section things off when needed. It's that balance between openness and having your own space that makes a house actually livable.

This 1912 warehouse sat empty for years before we got our hands on it. The brick and timber bones were solid, just needed some serious love. We kept all the original exposed beams and brick walls – they've got character you just can't replicate.

Converted it into mixed-use space with retail on the ground floor and loft offices above. The challenge was updating all the systems to modern standards while keeping the heritage committee happy. Those old windows got restored instead of replaced, and we tucked the HVAC into spaces that don't mess with the original architecture.
